Sally and her son Graham are an experienced real estate team and excel at efficiently serving your real estate buying or selling needs.

Sally's market knowledge includes new construction, acreage, equestrian and resale properties. Her continuing pursuit of real estate education has earned her the designation of Managing Broker, Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Sales Professional, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.

Sally Gregg, Managing Broker

For over 35 years, Sally has helped her clients sell and buy the homes of their dreams, while showing unparalleled compassion and a knack for actualizing the best result for each person she assists. As part of her commitment to deliver a high level of professionalism, Sally has earned the distinctive designations of Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Negotiation Expert, and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist. As a member of the Boomer generation, she’s proud to have also obtained the Senior Real Estate Specialist designation.

“My primary focus is to meet the client’s goals,” explains Sally, an expert in the areas of new construction, acreage, equestrian, and resale properties. “I know real estate transactions can be stressful and require a large degree of grace. Any change, good or bad, is stressful. It’s my job to lessen the stress as much as possible.”

Having spent eight years as a new construction project manager for the Burnsteads, Sally gained insight that she carried over to her job as managing broker. “What I’ve learned is to ALWAYS take care of the client. That is my specialty.”

When she is not selling homes, Sally enjoys contributing time, talent, and treasure to a variety of non-profit causes in our community. Past Board of Directors Co-Chair of Hopelink, the Eastside community service agency, and Vice Chair for Habitat for Humanity are two of her former positions.

Sally is excited to continue her term as Board Chair for Little Bit Therapeutic Riding Center, combining her lifelong love of horses with service to the community.
